I flat out refused the 35 minute drive to the hotel they had on our board and told the CHAT desk and the Supervisor that I knew rooms were available at the Westin. After 10 minutes of back and forth, they changed us to the Westin.

This management team has had every opportunity to do the right thing; and has punted at each opportunity.
When I see so many repeated missteps, I have to wonder if it's incompetence or intentional.
The poor treatment of employees in other work groups is exceedingly disappointing, it occurs continuously. It is heart breaking to see what has happened here in the last 3 years.
This is NOT at ALL the company that I worked hard to become a part of.
Remember, $12,000,000,000.00 in stock buybacks over GK's reign of cashing in on Herb's creation, $26,900,000.00 million in FEB 2021 in 'Great Job!' bonus payments to 9 people immediately following a WARN on 12/3/20 while how manay pilots were out on ExTO &ETO?! (Why furlough when you are short crew?); and the 2% Profit sharing while our CEO (who can't be bothered to attend a congressional hearing) gets a massive pay raise. Absolutely out of touch. Baghdad Bob level out of touch.

AA has a TA and the smart money says UAL will be right behind them. I can see swa losing 200 by the end of July and I would not be shocked at all to see up to 500 total bail by the end of the year as every new hire follows the money to the big 3.
At some point we will have so many jets parked that no amount of tap dancing by Bob at investors calls will convince the analysts that our company isn’t being completely mismanaged. I almost feel sorry for the execs, almost.

BJ just says and does what GK tells him to do. GK played with stock buybacks blowing 12 billion and now playing puppet master .
