On a side note can I get the details on your statement “a majority of our society is fed up…..” I have seen absolute NO data on this and in fact the only ones I have seen indicate the complete opposite. I just read an article about how anti-woke is a recipe for financial disaster and being “woke” as you call it is NOT how a company goes broke. It used Keurig, United Airlines, Carhart, Disney, NIke, Amazon, NFL and Kellogg’s as financial examples. Now the analysis was interesting because there was always short term hits but long term those companies outperformed the competition. It seems from a financial viewpoint there is a reason to implement DEI….it’s almost as if the companies have done their research on this one.

I would be interested in seeing your data points…
I would be interested to see your source? How can you make a petty statement requesting data points but not attach any links to your own source that you “read” lol? You must be a special kind of stupid.

I’d love to get the background on the author of that supposed article you read as well.

If your source is that RollingStones article a quick background check identifies the author is a gay liberal named Miles Klee from Brooklyn NY. Your source is a real scholar, Twitter background with bottles of liquor, profile picture is a selfie with his shirt off. The real Elon Musk would not be proud.

That is exactly their source and the companies they mention have very real reasons they improved beyond the fact they went with woke agendas. I had an entire write up to discredit their post but decided I had better things to do with my life, not to mention that 7 companies do not make up the entire business landscape. I am sure I can find 7 companies that snubbed the woke culture movement and also did very well.

Glad we solved that world problem and changed a bunch of minds. Can we move on now since it is world smile day? I just got (taxed for) 3500 swag points!
Laugh if you want, but I just realized I had a ton of those bad boys sitting in my account losing value from inflation and cashed them in for $1000 in gift cards that I plan to use on my two summer vacations. Either that or I can use it to fund my probie dinner fund since I am apparently going to fly every trip with one. My wife still hasn't realized that my bar bill has increased three fold.

If you were smart you would have used that towards a down payment on a new Miata 🙄

I am currently looking for a car for my daughter and a mint 2008 popped up in my marketplace feed. I am thinking about trying to talk him down a bit and going all in on the sweater around the neck Miata driving lifestyle.

Well, I was just kidding of course, but I guess that depends on whether or not you think she’ll wreck it. It’s not a good first car. There’s very little metal around you. Think a head on or even a sideways impact with a full size truck…..SCARY!!!

I always figured you were more of an ascot kind of guy. Like Freddy from the Scooby Doo gang.

Oh no, for me! She is getting something small, durable, and pre-scratch and dented.
I am still driving my 2004 that I bought in the military. I hate buying cars. I am the only captain I know with my first wife, a paid off car, one house, and no toys (yet, that Miata is tempting).

Same vibe. Just with boat shoes and shades on top of my perfect head of hair.
