Sorry. If you’re going to dish it out and keep pumping the DEI/woke crap down our throats then you’ll have to learn to take the retaliation for it. A majority of our society is utterly fed up with that $h1t and I’m very glad to see some pushback.

On a side note can I get the details on your statement “a majority of our society is fed up…..” I have seen absolute NO data on this and in fact the only ones I have seen indicate the complete opposite. I just read an article about how anti-woke is a recipe for financial disaster and being “woke” as you call it is NOT how a company goes broke. It used Keurig, United Airlines, Carhart, Disney, NIke, Amazon, NFL and Kellogg’s as financial examples. Now the analysis was interesting because there was always short term hits but long term those companies outperformed the competition. It seems from a financial viewpoint there is a reason to implement DEI….it’s almost as if the companies have done their research on this one.

OMG I had to watch a video. How dare a company pay me to watch something they put out. Doesn’t mean they are forcing you to be an advocate for DEI. Who the heck pays attention to anything on those CBTs anyway. They know that when they built it, that’s why they have a timer on each page so you can not just cycle through it. Pay the neighborhood kid to click it for you…..problem solved.

Stay in your lane and only worry about yourself and those closest to you. Southwest Airlines has not and never will care about you so stop worrying about them. Go to work, do what they want and cash your check. They will survive or die with or without your help and there is NOTHING you can do about it.

As of today May 16th 2023, 18.3% of the Southwest plumbers on the MSL were hired since the Contract became amendable. Soon, 1 in 5 plumbers will have worked their entire time at SWA under an expired Contract.

And What if your adult gay or trans child (who I know you would love and support regardless) who has nothing to do with this company, but had to drive past that billboard every day?
What would you tell them when they came home upset, or worst case suicidal because that billboard was the straw that broke the camels back?
I know how you feel on this topic Whack... but I also can't imagine you would ever go to this length to make your point. This is going to be hurtful to REAL people. Our coworkers and neighbors.

Of course I don’t want anyone to commit suicide or go off on yet another mass shooting, but the extreme Left has pushed their perverted agenda too far and I’m very happy to see some pushback on it.

As to your second point….of course these companies are pushing this crap partly for business purposes. It’s being mandated from entities above SWA in the corporate/financial food chain. Doesn’t matter. It’s got no place in the workplace.
