I make an exception for the Maryland paint job. That plane is absolutely grotesque.

I’m partial to CO One…needs to be repainted on a Max though…that jet is old.

Another anecdotal reason to not go to SWA:

The post is a clip from a UA new hire graduation ceremony of a guy who apparently left Spirit to go to UA. It sounds like he is being awarded 787 FO out of training. Third-year 787 FO pay ($203.79/hr) beats 12-year SWA FO pay ($171.95/TFP= $197.57/hr) on UA’s current contract (which will likely be replaced by a Delta-plus contract at some point in the next year or two).

I watched it and I’m not impressed! Where’s the deck party, pickle ball courts or BoJo bobblehead?! UAL ain’t got nuttin’ on SWA.

And 3rd year B-787 FO rate at United beats 12-year 737 FO rate at United too, and that will likely be the case when they get their contract. Fantastic! So we've established that WB rates are higher than NB rates. What else you got Lew?
