“No LUV for the CEO, why he needs to go. CEO Bob Jordan is a Southwest Airlines Veteran, but his responses to the problems have been tone-deaf.”

I ask myself often if it's worth it to leave. I live in a UA base. I guess the real reason is I'm lazy and dont want to interview and go to new hire ground school again. At my point I'm not sure it will make a difference other than being able to fly wide bodies. Problem is I dont like crossing kots of time zones anymore and I have a 2 hr ass.

you still have the two hour option at other airlines, but you have other options also. Ten years from now you may wish you weren’t so lazy.

Like others will say, it's not so much that the WB flying is for everyone, but it's for enough people senior to you to make SWA type flying much more junior.

This place is a third tier place to work. Why anyone wants to come work here is beyond me .

Its picked up to more than 1 a day now. What we cant see is how much the applications have dropped off or how many aren't showing up to interview or not accepting a CJO

Judging from the lines for May, it appears that Southwest really is the world's largest regional airline.

I just do not see how they think they can squeeze that much flying out of everyone per day . The body just cannot handle it, nor is it healthy IMO . SWAPA , warned them .

Connection on the interview group says that 'no shows' to interviews are now more than 50%.
