THERE WERE NO FURLOUGHS AT THE BIG THREE, nor were any furlough letters sent out! SWA also threatened their pilots with termination unless they were vaccinated while, DAL simply asked that you pay $200.00 per month to help cover the increased cost of medical care due to covid. These are the two things that Gary Kelly and Bob Jordan will never be forgiven for, and it will never be forgotten by the line pilots. EVER.

Give me a break.
If I remember correctly I think American actually did furlough 1200 pilots and I think every airline was threatening furloughs.

If so, I stand corrected. I just don't remember any actual letters going out anywhere but LUV.

If you include regional airlines. It did happen at many. Warn letters, and actual furloughed pilots not protected by the union due to being in training with a seniority number and not having finished IOE. Even though we agreed on an LOA to prevent having to furlough, It happened any way.

The 1,221 warn letters issued by Southwest to it most junior Plumbers just before Christmas was total Bull $hit. Within 2 month the C-Suite took millions of dollars in bonuses. No other airline did that sort of Fu “C.K.”ery

Give credit where credit is due. That wasn’t Benedict Carl, that was Gare Bear and one of his bobs.

Prospect appears to be a (very) new hire formerly at SKYW. He was basically a company shill there also.

non-union yes voter.

SWA is literally WOKE and going BROKE!!! Reference LK’s email today twisting themselves into a pretzel with their DEI hiring policies.

LK: “SWA doesn’t have racial or gender quotas for hiring” But that’s what DEI is! And the CULTure team is pushing that Bull$hit!!!

Hearing from checkairman 50 hours to get some through 25 hours of IOE.

Wokeness does not align with professions where lives depend on your proficiency and competency. Period.

Enjoy the ride Plumbers!

You seem extremely upset. The union has resources to help you manage your anger before it causes you unnecessary heartache. I hope you find the help you need.

Feel free to tell your next “Woke recipient” minority CA or FO how you feel. You can enlighten them on how they only got their jobs because of the “CULTure and Wokeness” as you put it. Ask them how much extra IOE UOE they obviously required!

Just in case you haven’t been around the industry that long, this is a winner recipe that a “very important man named Frank Lorenzo” would have used to create unity for our crucial upcoming SAV.
