Sorry amigo. Point taken. He’s cruising for the ignore list for sure but if he’s who we think he is then the pilot group needs to be made aware of who’s potentially headed their way. Let’s hope he flunks out of IOE.
There’s very few problem children at SWA but we sure don’t need another one.

Just be honest on your probie report forms and do them on your EFB... though I gotta say, I'm yet to fly with a new hire I didn't like. You can train and learn energy management, but attitude-wise, all have been beyond reproach. Everything else comes with time. So if this guy is the problem child with ****poor attitude, he'll stick out like a sore thumb and will be known instantly. People like that can't help themselves...

Yeah, but this guy might be in the acceptable villain demographic so…. might want to change his behavior.

[QUOTE=5tools;3735004 It's my understanding you cannot go to managment as pilot unless first you work for SWA managment training program, SWAPA. And you guys wonder why you cannot get a ever decent contract.[/QUOTE]
For the record, I think you're mostly trolling and pulling everyone's chain. It's all good..
That being said, your statement up there has a lot of merit. We are currently the poster child for this nonsense. Who's the lead negotiator against us again? That person is not the only one. I don't blame the company for this phenomenon. With such low hanging fruit, I'd do same in their shoes! In "a business" war, any legal advantage is fair game.
