We can talk about you too if that makes you feel better. What would you like to talk about? If you want to write a personal narrative and post it here. I will grade it and get your score back to you ASAP. The criteria includes:

1) must be a true story
2) minimum of 3 paragraphs long
3) must include what you learned from your experience
4) must include at least one company imposed delay
5) must include at least one time that a delta guy ignored you
6) must include at least one time you were told that it was a good jet even though multiple things were broken
7) must include at least one time the WiFi worked
8) must include an Arden West complaint

I look forward to seeing your work.

There’s no way they can replace 50% of the pilot group. They could shed 1200 and not make a dent in the schedule.

The mandate was announced Oct 5, and you had unitl Dec 8th to get the shot or be terminated. 17 days before XMAS no different than pilots getting a letter. You either got it or got fired, not furloughed with a chance to come back, fired. No help from the union from I'm told. Also SWAPA would not even help with the exemptions also from what I'm told. Also from the SWAPA forum, there were countless pilots on there complaining about it and SWAPA never denied the fact they did not provide any support to those pilots. So once again SWAPA left dues paying members hanging, these employees and pilots did it all on their own what a shame.

It’s not a story about me. It’s your personal narrative.

Wait a second…..from what you were told? You weren’t even here when any of this happened? Bahahahhaha. Ok bruh. 😂🤣😂🤣 Whoever is scoring interviews should probably be fired. Can’t believe this one slipped through the cracks.

Well you're the one having all the issue, why don't you share them. I mean after all you already had list started. Sounds like to me you're in the wrong business.
