1,221 Reasons Not to work for Southwest

Carl was recently telling a CP meeting in DAL that SWAPA let pilot’s’ expectations get too high and now they’re trying to reel them in.
Our expectations are high because the other airlines got better contracts, we’re more productive than the pilots at any other airline and there’s never been a better time to get everything we want, no matter how large or small.

Sadly, I believe this. However, swapa had no part in influencing my expectations. I have arrived at my expectations as an individual with no assistance from swapa. In fact, I personally see both swapa and swa as obstacles to my expectations. While I also expect swapa to try tampering things down, it will have no influence on me at all. I’m not backing down.

If they is true take a video of it. It’s possibly illegal as it’s a violation of NLRB section 7/8a1. Get it on video and let the money rain down upon you…..

Two more reasons to avoi this place. Appearantly DAL CP are calling guys that say not nice things about SWA on our union forum. A scumbag pilot in our ranks has taken screen shots and gave then to the CP. Another is the fact that our HDQ CP thinks its ok for crews to stay at hotels with no running ater. They were told the hotel made arrangements for them to shower nextdoor. In 3 showers for 12 of them. No water to flush toilets or brush teeth for 4+ hours. SWA is ok with this solution. Of course our already agreed to language in the new contract. Wont prevent us from staying at these lousy 135 frieght type hotels.
