The longer this takes the more resolved I am. It's like training for an iron man. I'm on the last 2 miles, SWA labor relations and Ford Harrison are cheering me from the side lines. Thanks guys, without you we would of never got this far!!

WN mgmt really shot themselves in the foot not going for a deal right after COVID flying came back. But that’s great for us. They could have locked in a contract well before delta and inflation kicked in. But they chose not to.
So now they will pay us more in the contract, retro, AND pay useless Harrison Ford or whoever that law firm is a lot of $$$$ too!

Our expectations are high because the other airlines got better contracts, we’re more productive than the pilots at any other airline and there’s never been a better time to get everything we want, no matter how large or small.

Carl was recently telling a CP meeting in DAL that SWAPA let pilot’s’ expectations get too high and now they’re trying to reel them in.

They’re the ones who stalled and delayed and let the market favor heavily toward employees. They screwed up and should’ve signed right after we turned the corner on Rona. But they didn’t, and now we expect Delta/United + and will strike if we don’t get it.
It’s not personal, it’s business. (Ok, maybe a little personal because he’s a self serving traitor and I want to see him fired).

Our expectations are realistic based on economic conditions.
