New hire here with upcoming class date — can you explain using co-terminals to make build-up lines out of open time? What is that and why is it bad?

Polled items such as hotels, JA, sick bank, are already receiving the expectation management comms treatment.

The same people that brought you TA2 Platform minus 1.3B are in charge of bringing you what's in progress.

Where your trip starts and ends, and covering two airports...if you think thats sprinkles....and all the facets of the contract that touches...wow. Just think of the future precedents that'll be set and the grievances involved regarding trans, hotels, line quality, reroute, parking, reserve etc.

Sprinkles ....yikes.

Negotiation Fatigue is real, dont ket your own foolish pride get in the way of recognizing it with yourself or your Union.

Yep…. some people are rushing over that line to help the company out

We don’t have co-terminals, and won’t unless it’s included in a new cba. Since we don’t have a TA to vote on, or any language to look at to see how it would/wouldn’t work…nobody can answer your ?

They aren’t serious about co-domiciles but threw a curveball, and swapa (me too) swung and missed.

Chess v Checkers

The union now needs to Un-AIP it and put a poll out to the pilot group, which is what they should’ve done in the beginning.

My vote is NO and I’m already looking forward to TA2.
same……..

There is absolutely no need to have 1600 hrs of sick bank when STD/LTD would kick in after X weeks.
What happens to your sick bank when you retire?

There is no sane reason to have more than needed to cover the elimination period to LTD, unless you are planning to use it all right before retirement. But my gut tells me some of those clowns take pride in the fact that they will p!$$ away 1600 hours of pay for Kulture. Mine is paid out at up to 100% provided you stay long enough and retire old enough (up to 700 hours, 25 YoS, retire at 65. I'll get 75% if I stay till 65 because I won't hit 25 YoS, 50% if I walk before 65). And I still don't have more than 200ish in the bank....
