Objective questions
Some questions to ask your SWA friends and your friends at other airlines. I'm sure there are more to add to the list but this is a good start.
How often are you rerouted?
How often are you JA'd?
How long is your upgrade?
How many aircraft do you have to choose from?
How long have you been working under an expired contract?
How long did it take to negotiate your last contract?
How does your current pay scale compare to your peers?
Have you ever had to get a hotel room on your own on a scheduled layover?
Have you ever had to get transportation on your own on a scheduled layover?
Have you ever had to sleep in the airport because crew scheduling lost you?
How many times have you had to call in fatigued?
How often are you used on reserve?
Are you released until report after a reserve assignment?
How long is your reserve callout?
What expenses associated with your job does your company pay?
How confident are you in the current leadership of your company?
Are you looking to exit your company?
Do you have applications on file at another airline?

This is a good stepping stone to get to career job
