thank you. I also dont write it down. I don't even put out the ATIS sheet. Basically all my stuff including what I can swipe from the common pile, ATIS, legalities, engine out paper( whatever that's called) the crew sheet every leg, the W&B sheet some cpt are asking for, WX packet all get recycled each leg after the leg. Its amazing how little garbage is in the bag at the end of the day.
probably does nothing other than make me feel better and maybe just maybe convince some cpt we dont need all the crap anymore

Just flew them a few days ago. My word, what a drastically pleasant experience than flying the clown show airline. Dignified and professional.

.

Just flew Alaska and also Ethiopian not long ago, class acts compared to us. Our FAs and ops agents have no clue how unprofessional they are and what true service really is.

Have you thought about writing to the higher ups about it?

I know I should but I feel that’s futile. How do you change the ingrained behavior and culture of belittling our customers when it come from the top of their department?

The same way you get them to stop flying these things like a -200. It takes effort. Is it worth it?

It’s the same behavior from the same group towards our pilots, a thousand write ups to one.

Are you kidding?! Write to the higher ups? These people have this SWA CULTure ingrained in their DNA. No one is changing that.

It’ll start with Watterson. That is IF he ever makes CEO. Then there’s also the BOD to deal with.

Non revving is a benefit that is unusable. Even now in the off-season, I had to pay for a one way ticket to make sure my son gets back to school this coming weekend. $276 for an hour flight. Just another fake claim that employment at the LUV airline comes with free travel benefits.
