I live in Charlotte currently, would ATL still be possible to get within a few months? Seems like BWI is pretty junior so at least that's commutable but I'd love to be able to drive

AA. DAL.

why are you looking at SWA? That’s not snark, that’s just me actually wondering why anyone would consider this place over the other two. We aren’t better and are demonstrably worse than both of those gigs in many cases.

ATL is crazy senior at SWA. It’s delta’s fortress and that’s not changing anytime soon. CLT might be senior at AA but your commute to MIA or DCA is easier than trying to muscle in on a jumpseat for BWI.

SWA should be the absolute bottom of your list right now.

I do not know about that, southern airways and boutique airways might ( just a maybe ) are worse than this place .

Second this.

In your shoes, the only reason I would come to SWA is to get your app to pop at AA.

SWA ATL base is crazy senior with a few junior guys glommed on to the bottom of the list. It isn't going to grow.

If I were you, I would be doing everything in my power to get hired at AA.

that should be a sign at the SWAPA booth at hiring expos. “I guess it’s better than Boutique?”

The only 2 bases that may require more than a month to get to are DAL and PHX on the latest vacancy. That can all change in a few months though.

What is the updated timeline of a junior FO being able to hold a line in Atlanta? How long can a new FO expect to be on reserve? I know things can change quick, but any info would be appreciated.

Pretty quickly if you quit and go to delta.
