How long is taking new hires to hold DEN post IOE? Is DEN still growing/planned growth as they told us at the interview? Thanks all.

Month or two. And yes, supposed to grow another 200/seat if they can staff the ground ops accordingly.

Whack, not every guy out there has a wife that makes him dress like a girl, or drive girly automobiles.

I would like to be in DEN out of indoc/IOE. I do not care how long it takes to hold a line; I could sit reserve forever in my hometown. Can a new hire hold DEN? If not, how long to get there?

yes.
Depends on timing of IOE. You get IOE in base of choice. If you have a full month in that base then you could get DEN by the next month.
I'd say 2 months top to get it. When you do be respectful of those who came before you and commuted to OAK for yrs cross country. Never complain it took xx months to get somewhere. You won't get a lot of sympathy.
not saying YOU would. but I've been hearing it some and it gets old pretty quick

I'm at NK. Flown with a lot of guys on probation that did less than a year at the regionals. Lots of them are looking to move on, and I totally understand that. I do get a bit miffed when they tell me they can't believe they haven't heard back UAL/DAL/AAL and they've had their stuff in for 3 weeks.
