Problem listing on MyIdTravel
Hey all, I am trying to list on a flight of yours at 5:00am and at the end of the listing process when I click finish it has a red message that says “general booking error”.
If I click finish again, because my stubborn Scandinavian blood rufuses to acknowledge that I may have done something wrong, another red message pops up saying “ Not all segments are selectable. I’m trying for a nonstop MSP-MDW flight, so that leads me to believe that for some reason I can’t book that flight.
I tried listing for the next flight on the list with the same result but just noticed something…the only flight of the day (the last one) that has any kind of green, yellow, red face indicating the load is that last one…the other flights don’t have any faces at all.
Are you guys having a nonrev/jumpseat embargo or something while things get sorted out?
Thanks for any help. I realize I only have 4 hours for an answer but I can always catch a flight to ORD and Uber I guess. The one time I commute out of MDW…
