so if there is no limit, per the FAA as you state, then why are they all of a sudden going to be unhappy?
Also, this: If a flightcrew member engaged in deadhead transportation exceeds the applicable flight duty period in Table B of this part, the flightcrew member must be given a rest period equal to the length of the deadhead transportation but not less than the required rest in paragraph (e) of this section before beginning a flight duty period.

You’re just going to gloss over 117.25(g)? Sure, if they want they can send you on a wild goose DH for 21 hours; but they are then required to provide you 21 hours completely free from all duty. Not an efficient way to get time off, but technically time off nonetheless.

Very true. No skin off the company’s back if you are going back to base ,ending your trip. Rest away on your 3 days off .

Yup. This is what we are talking about when we say our contract is not yet MATURE, compared with the legacies. Lots of ways to make money, but deficient in virtually every other section.

Fair enough, I was thinking of right now and trying to put it back together. If they end up sending you out trying to connect you with flying and blow table B on DH they will need to give you comp rest. On the backend of a trip it does you no good, as you say.
