Keep your receipt, file for reimbursement. 4 hours after I got in the hotel, they updated my board. Last night, got my own room in HOU after the DH I was scheduled on pushed as I was blocking in next door. Was at the hotel bar eating dinner when scheduling called me. Said we have a change to your schedule. Going to overnight you in AUS, then DH you to HOU, then …. Informed him sounded like a great plan, however, I’m not in AUS, the DH you scheduled me on pushed prior to me blocking in. Lucky for you I’m in HOU eating dinner at the hotel bar, I’ll see you tomorrow, thanks for all of your hard work.
If there 10k more like you, things would be a lot better at SWA

Is it really “BJ” or is that a pilot colloquial term for mgmt?

I seem to recall the union asking for these things when they added the check in function and the comp6daidnit couldnt be done because IT then magically we get a sick call, fatigued, release etc function when it suits them.
I hope these stick around and people use the sick/fatigue more now they don't have to
