Agree. Yes it’s bad, but it always looks worse when you’re in the middle of the storm. 2 years from now you’ll barely remember. Maybe you’re just not used to LUV going off the rails but it does happen.

They would if they took away the dividend they announced. BJ and GK will not do that no matter the long term damage they cause to the airline.

The passengers getting screwed? They don’t care as long as they get their money.

Seeing as I got to see this fiasco twice this weekend up close and personal Ill jump-in a little .Retired old guy here but if you guys flew your airplane like management ran the airline last few days you would be fired never to come back .

Turning point for United seemed to be the cop beating the doctor off the plane. Let’s hope this is the beating SWA needs to become the airline we all want to be a part of.

sometimes you get burned one too many times (or bad enough one time). My wife swore off Southwest 10 years ago. I laughed when she said she would never fly them again…yeah sure you won’t….but she has paid more to fly other airlines she hasn’t gone back to SW for her business travel and that’s all she used to fly.
