Probably the same one who decided to remove the roller shades from all the cockpit windows….

Sounds like it will be a fun little hot rod.

Wonder how many no lanyard wearing a#% clowns will be underbidding each other to fly it.

The same ones who do not want all of our trips paying the rigs . Some people just have no self-worth. Why anyone wants to come to work for 3. TFP a day is beyond me .

Even a common type with differences doesn't guarantee that an airline will be allowed by it's CMO to operate a single fleet, and not all airlines would necessarily want to. Even the CRJ 200 and 700/900 were operated as separate fleets by some airlines, even though it's all one type rating
I needed substantially more training to figure out Boeing’s old ass annunciation system than I ever did to understand how an EICAS worked. Recall? Field of view? bright blue dim blue? Wtf? Kinda like switching from a six pack over to glass. Not hard. Better, more intuitive.

Just imagine the stupidity behind a glass six pack. About a dumb as the company procedures approaches we did, dive and drive and setting zeros.

I just flew one of the old -700’s. Reminded me of the old ass -300’s.

With the Boeing delays, I’m sure we’ll get a sweetheart deal on replacing the beat up old jets for new ones.

In a past life, the dive and drive was…the “preferred” method on some Caribbean approaches! NDB Cloudbreak to somewhere I don’t remember much, maybe St. Vincent?

Indeed…the good old days LOL.

And for the new folks—I just saw the dates of birth on some of our newhires—the NDB was a ground based ah never mind. Bourbon.

Ah, my mistake! I never flew the regular Sovereign, only the Latitude. I know the avionics are wildly different, but didn't realize it had CAS.
