Looks like Aug ‘15.

Actually a bit surprising given no OAK or LAX. But, it still shows those two as being the most junior…how does that work? Even though there is no forecasted vacancy, how is it still the junior spot when the previous award was senior to that?

Secondary vacancies. Someone senior escapes OAK during the bid, which leaves a vacancy in OAK, which is filled in seniority order by whoever wants it.

Newhires in PHX, DEN, and MCO. Nice.

I am shocked it went that low. I have a feeling the final vacancy will be adjusted a bit more senior once everyone changes their bids (right now mine is still FO 100 percent, but I may change it based on not being locked into etops now vs a possible lock later). Congrats to the new captains.

Now if I could just figure out how to bid Lance without screwing myself.

I think you can only be awarded lance in your preferred FO base. So if you don’t want to commute and want to lance…keep bid as same and opt in.

if you want to chase it bid whatever base but you could lose it and be stuck for 6 mos if you bid LAX if you’re the Lance plug and someone sr bumps you.

Why even be a Lance at this point?

The bid hasn’t closed yet…some may withdraw or change. I still think late 2015’s will have shots in the first two quarters of 2023.

If you want to keep a good QOL if you can't give away stuff and still be able to snag CA OT trips and get another crack at good vacation before you lose the star. But you gotta be senior in base....and by that point you can prob hold left seat anyway in your base depending on where you're at....

I'll hold left seat in DEN before I can lance.
