No. you’ll have to wait until the next month.

i started on the 16th of the month and we had to wait until the next month.

perhaps if you start in the beginning of the month you’ll be able to bid in the same month. Not sure though

not quite that fast. If you're starting 12/27 you'll likely finish in February and bid for March (opens late January)for your hardline. Ideally you'd finish IOE early in March and then they'll build out the rest of that month in your IOE (preferred) base and then bid for your seniority awarded base in the April vacancy. YMMV

This.....

If they give you IOE in March and fill your month with trips....usually that's in your preferred base...so DEN or MCO or wherever you live.

Your hard line month is in the base that you can hold with your seniority for whatever month they say you're free from training.

Either way....they'll let you know what you're doing and walk you through it so you have an idea.

Just make sure ALL ETOPS bases are at the bottom....unless that's what you really really want.

Knew that first graphic was a load of BS.

Here is an updated graphic from todays revised Planning numbers.

it’s in ‘crews (CA+FO), not percentages.

It’s per seat numbers. Not crews.

So if the number is "per seat." Say 30 per seat. Wouldn't that be 30 crews? Like... 30 in the left seat, 30 in the right seat = 30 crews? I know Dallas can't do anything very clearly, but...

Looks like they saw your skepticism and raised you 10, for 100 captain vacancies.

Love how right out of the gate on FB there is someone basically complaining that there are 10 more vacancies then the plan. This is how we know we are pilots.

Now is that huge increase in Dallas gonna enough to push Zap out of Oakland?
