Default Interview prep still recommended?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if paying for an interview prep is still recommended? If so, does anyone have a recommendation? I understand there are older threads on this, just wanted to make sure I’m getting the most current info.

Thanks in advance.

It’s not really needed but if it builds your confidence and gets you into interview mode….can’t hurt. Just make sure your answers are yours and not the prep people’s.

Aviation interviews is spot on. Read the questions and formulate your own answers based on your experience. Be you and you’ll do fine.

Terrific - I figured this would be the case. I may go through the interview prep just to get back into the swing of things, but I never use canned answers to anything - I’m a pretty forthright person, and if I used answers that were not truly my own, they’d see that in a minute. Nothing to hide here, just want to do well on my interview. I appreciate the counsel sirs.

I would recommend interview prep. I needed it as I hadn't done a job interview in over 20 years.

Interviewed Oct 5 and was hired.

I specifically did not do interview prep. I was able to talk about that as well during the HR portion, which they seemed to like (I guess). The process is straight forward and as long as you are open and honest you won't have an issue. Interviewed last month, CJO and class date.

If you like wasting money, get the prep.

Anyone that does the opposite of what you’re saying would be going in the correct direction . It is hard-pressed to find anything that you say is correct.
