In addition to planning bases on passenger demand and operational strategory, it’s interesting that they may open bases to attract pilots not willing to commute.

The quantity and variety of domiciles has been one of SWAs strong points. What would be good bases to attract future pilots, not ones that would necessarily make life easier for current commuters?

SWA. Has culture and SWAG points. Let me see if UAL can top that .

Do not forget the free audiobook about Southwest Airlines culture they are offering for free.

I also doubt you get the pleasure of your CEO calling you a plumber at UAL . Lots of wonderful perks at WN

SEA, SLC, MCI, BNA, FLL. That should just about round it out.

Toss in service to CHA so I can get out of the Left Coast and move back home to hillbilly country.

Or TYS. Still can't figure out why we don't serve East Tennessee and the Smokey's. Every other airline has a mainline presence in Knoxville.

LOL yeah TN was discovered a while ago. Atlanta is full and the "on the fence" potential half-backers are getting priced out of FL. The CHA-TYS-TRI corridor is toast in 10 years time.
