This email shows exactly what I'm talking about in the other thread. This is why the company is stonewalling. Every communication from our reps should be about hardening our resolve for industry-leading contract, educating our RLA-ignorant brethren of the steps, prime people up for a strike vote so we vote unanimously to send a very clear message to the company. Instead, we have this.... I reckon things are good and nothing needs to be changing. We just need chiefs to be more politically-correct, and voila... all's well.

To some of them it’s definitely the same thing: getting higher up the ladder. Doesn’t matter if’s it’s union or management, it’s a position with more power than a line pilot. And some don’t want to fly, but still, doesn’t matter on which side you don’t fly…..
