The problem is not with different ethnicities/genders/cultures. The problem is with airlines and how pilots are hired.
Biased hiring has been around since the beginning of the industry. Many preventable accidents have occurred because people are employed that should never enter the cockpit.

Incidents/accidents/hull losses with women and minorities in the flight deck over the last decade or so with minimal research. I'm sure some scholar somewhere could do a full study but that isn't going to happen.

This is just ignorance. I could do the same and look for crashes/incidents with white men and the result would be a lot higher. This kind of thinking is illogical and emotional based.

The problem is, people impose their own personal politics too much. Whether it’s right or left, just be a good bro and a human being. Most people don’t care that deep as the extremists on both sides.
Realistically, complaining about what pilots look like in the cockpit is ridiculous. As long as the people up front have the skills, credentials, and professionalism, does it matter what their ethnicity or culture is?

I honestly don't know if it's coincidence (Atlas is not) but the demographics are not deniable. Make a list of all pilot-fault fatals and hull losses since 2000, with demographics, and post it here. I'm pretty sure I recall all of them but I'm to lazy to google it all.
We re not going to do "hate" here but we are not going to gloss over facts either.

Actually... in the recent era (turn of the century) his facts are correct. The two pilot-fault accidents with "traditional" cockpit demographics that I recall was AA in Oct 2001 and COMAIR.

Your post is bad and you should feel bad.

I didn't "look" for anything. Just pointed out that his facts appear correct.
I'm still waiting, make a list of all fatals since 2000, list causes and demographics. You can easily disprove his point by listing all of them, as opposed to whatever he cherry-picked.
In any case the issue (if any) would be affirmative action, not race and gender.

Why are we looking at an exceedingly rare statistic like fatals? Why not incidents? Light post dings. The whole premise of this conversation is a bias in search of proof.
It's disgusting.

German Wings 9525
Those are quick ones off the top of my head.
Both of those were complete hull losses involving everyone killed. So what is the point of pointing out a cockpit that is not two white males? Both of those had two white males and all were killed and German Wings was a suicide…this whole debate is ridiculous.
Race and Gender does not matter. It’s skill, background, training, etc
