I doubt even SW knows who they will purchase but they prob have a binder for each scenario:
Alaska- GK move with common fleet but goes head to head with Delta in SEA—something they avoid.
Jetblue- If fed denies merger, buy on the cheap after breakup fees. Opens up NE and C America. Takes out competitor with a great product. A321LR serve Hawaii better than 737.
Frontier- Take out growing competition in DEN, PHX, LAS, MCO. A321LR serve Hawaii better than 737.
Nothing- Max 7 approved and SW tries to hold market share with $2B in WiFi and outlets.

No, same as above + you have 2 different aircraft types.
No, F9 will not sell...they are already part of Wizz air and other ULCCs that Indigo already owns world wide.
