I doubt even SW knows who they will purchase but they prob have a binder for each scenario:
Alaska- GK move with common fleet but goes head to head with Delta in SEA—something they avoid.
Jetblue- If fed denies merger, buy on the cheap after breakup fees. Opens up NE and C America. Takes out competitor with a great product. A321LR serve Hawaii better than 737.
Frontier- Take out growing competition in DEN, PHX, LAS, MCO. A321LR serve Hawaii better than 737.
Nothing- Max 7 approved and SW tries to hold market share with $2B in WiFi and outlets.

I don't think we'll be buying anyone. We'd have a damn near monopoly on the West Coast, so I doubt that would pass the DOJ muster.
I could see us making a play for Allegiant. They have a rather large MAX order themselves and they're currently flying Airbus equipment that we'll gladly paint for Delta or JetBlue and give to them while keeping their pilots.

Allegiant pilots mostly love where they live. Contrast with WN not opening BNA yet...
