I got feedback that it's probably my total time, not the PIC. I'm around 2100 hours TT, but its 100% multi engine turbine. Oh well, I still applied, we will see what happens this go around.

My opinion only but if survived that Osprey you’re good enough to fly fixed wing.

I have 956 actual multi engine TPIC hours. I know that's under the 1000. But on SWA pilotcredentials, it does the 0.3 per sortie math and converts it for me. With SWA's own calculations, I'm at more like 1100 TPIC.

Should I answer "yes" to the question? I have a feeling answering "no" got me the TBNT last hiring window. Need some advice. I don't want to be untruthful but using SWA calculations, I do meet the criteria. I just don't want to get to the interview and have them question my integrity.
SWA just picked up one of my buddies with 1100 fixed wing mil and 121 and <50 TPIC. He met them at a job fair. The lack of 1000 TPIC isn’t the show stopper this year that it was in the past. Meet them at a job fair and they’ll overlook that deficiency in your application as well as others like having helicopter time in the logbook.

Do your best to visit the recruiters at a hiring convention. I applied for 8 windows and it wasn’t until after TPNx that I got a virtual interview invite. I only have about 1800hrs TT with 320 TPIC, virtually all heavy military time except for a quick stint at a regional.

Do their virtual events help too? Unfortunately none of their current dates for physical locations work for my location / job / budget.

Sometimes recency is a factor. If you haven’t flown in a year—might want to look into that.

1100 from each? Or 1100 total time? That's pretty impressive and the lowest I've heard of yet.
