Vaccine mandate?

Vaccine mandate?
Hey guys,
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't SWA drop the vaccine mandate? I'm puzzled. I received an invitation from an SWA recruiter, but their website wanted me to spell out the vaccine I received as a pre-condition of employment. When I asked about this, she stated:
"To comply with Executive Order 14042, which requires employees of federal contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, Southwest Airlines Employees and new hires are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and submit verifying documentation of their vaccination status.:
Okay o_0?
A. An injunction put the mandate on hold: ref: https://www.thompsonhine.com/publica...accine-mandate
B. Unless I'm not finding the most current information, SWA reversed that requirement due to so much pushback. ref: https://www.dallasnews.com/business/...ing-on-courts/
I'm not here to argue about the "vaccines", please. I'm just trying to understand what's going on here.
Thanks.

The vaccine is still required at SWA, however, religious and medical exemptions are granted at a 100 percent approval rate. Tell then you would like to file for an exemption and they should get you started on the process.

Yes, I could. And there's probably a very good and well-researched reason that I won't; at least with the mRNA stuff - my personal choice. Novavax looks promising. I'll leave it at that.
