Forgive me but picking up open time and our scheduling flexibility has always been what differentiated SWA from everywhere else. Frankly it’s why our W2s are more than our peers with higher dollars per hour. I don’t see how this has anything to do with the message our picket will send to the company tomorrow. So guys haven’t changed their behavior all of a sudden. How’s that offensive to anyone here?

And "Our w2s" are NOT higher than the competition.. unless you consider the competition Frontier or Spirit.
