I’m one of those that didn’t purchase anything at the M&H Store. I just never went in and no one said anything to me…just faded off into obscurity.
I use the Haggar pants which I purchased at a local Kohls and A Cut Above shirts as I’ve found them to fit the best and have the better than others feel to them. As for headsets I use the Bose A20 and following the SWAPA link it was 12 months, 0%. Haven’t looked back, you will need something good for your ears in the “louder” 737. Currently have a Travel Pro suitcase and I don’t overly like it. Will soon be in the market for something “better”.
As always…your results may vary, prior performance is not indicative of future results.

You should though. It's the single best thing you can buy to improve your experience at Southwest Airlines (other than a house close to a base).
Don't like it...you can sell it for close to what you bought it for.
Just realize that you don't need to leave your mic hot ALL the time.

I treated myself to a leather jacket after a year, and was disappointed because the jacket weighed about twice what my USAF leather jacket weighs. I'd probably wear a lighter version made by someone else but the perrone one was just too heavy. I wore it for a year and used my first month's year 3 payraise to buy a karbon 2.
Try on the jackets before buying, because the sizing may not be what you expect.
I'm one of the few who actually prefer the MH pants over the haggar. I've tried several versions of the haggar pants and in the end I prefer the MH fabric and cut. Yes they're a bit heavier but they work for me. Also, the tag says dry clean because they're a wool blend fabric but I've gotten away with machine washing them on delicate and tumble-drying them at low heat until just barely damp then hanging them up. My oldest pair finally had a seam open up after 3 years, which seemed like a reasonable durability lifespan especially considering I didn't dry clean them.

It kind of was for me... The company provided telex sounded fine but on-ear headsets REALLY hurt my ears after about an hour. I gave it my best shot but I couldn't take the torture and ordered my A20 around month 2. It's not just the telex, all on-ear headsets make my ears feel like they're on fire after an hour or so. Not an option, 100% priority for me.
I use a Clarity Aloft and really like it. Super lightweight, no sweaty ears on hot days, and the hair stays perfect.
Guys who use the Telex tend to leave the mic hot all the time, because the acoustics are so terrible they can't tell the difference. Do yourself a favor and get anything else!

I'm exactly the same way, and that Telex is an absolute torture device for me. I had to use it for a few weeks when my personal headset was in for repair, and it was worse than I remembered.

* I’m a Clarity Aloft (technically a cheaper Clarity Aloft knockoff) user too. Highly recommend. I wear earplugs to sleep though, so they don’t bother me.

Dryer Fades Your Pants
Top tip…..if you wash your pants as I do, hang them up to dry. It’s the dryer that fades your dark clothes. Since I started hanging up my black t-shirts and work pants, my five year old pants and shirts look nearly as dark as the day I bought them. Bought a trouser press to save on the ironing too. Piece of cake and look as good as the dry cleaners.

Happy Trails!

Hey Bob! I have several JetSeam shirts. My only real complaint is that on the short sleeve shirts, the bottom of the sleeve is too short - only a couple of inches, so it kind of rides up into my armpit sometimes.
Long sleeve shirts are great!

It definitely boils down to personal preference, as most items that we deal with as pilots do. I'm glad to hear that you like the long sleeve shirts as well - Half of my shirts are their long sleeve!
