I sat the second jumpseat behind the CA once, just a short commute flight only about 2 hrs including taxi time. After landing it took 4-5 hours of stretching and resting on my back to stop the muscle spasms in my lower back and legs and I almost had to call out sick. I'd rather deplane and miss the flight instead of doing that again.

I sat on it a fair amount on the Continental -500s I believe they were. Miserable seat with nothing ive ever sat in coming a close second. That said, best seat in the system when it’s the one that gets you home.
