Great post!
That's more or less what we used to do around here.
Back in the day, company correspondence (Luv Lines etc.) would often highlight various departments, explaining what they do and how they contribute to making the operation, run, which was like a swiss watch the vast majority of the time.
Like now, there was plenty of "diversity" amongst the employees, but that was never mentioned, because we were all just PEOPLE working towards a common goal, which was to make SWA as profitable as possible.

Ok, that one was just weird. Like, who even made that connection, and have they never heard of a bulleted list? It's right there in PowerPoint on the freaking menu. It says "bullets or numbering".
Baffles the mind.

OAK and LAX are ETOPS. LAS is split etops and non, but I suspect highly that it is headed towards total etops soon since the non etops bid group keeps shrinking. 6 month lock unless you have all of the ETOPS bases as your bottom bids.
I don't think a HNL base is totally out of the question, but I doubt it will be anytime soon. ETOPS flying as a percentage of total flying is shrinking right now because the west coast business market (big money) is surging.
