With LEAD Ops walking back their hiring projections twice already this year (by ~10% both times), and with the attrition in new hire classes, my best guess is 14-18 months for a new hire to hold DAL. The only base more senior is ATL.

The most junior Lances are Jan 2012 hires. Between 2012 and 2013 there are only 176 on the seniority list. West coast upgrades good churn through those real quick and get to 2014 later this year.
