So true. Really hope ALPA National has a plan against such a thing and focuses on the future.

Not a chance. ALPA National wants their 2% of the highest wage earners. Just hope to switch seats before the music stops again.

At least this time won't be on furlough when they pull the rug out from under us.

Ugh, please no.

If you want to work until you're dead, go to a fractional. Three guys turned 80 the year I left, still flying jets. It was terrifying.

It’s from a Sr CKA bud. He sent this to me today.

Just heard this. Not confirmed.

11 vacant seats in the class that started this week.
19 of out of a planned 30.
Hearing management is ****ed because they still think “if you are using us as a second choice, we don’t want you here”

Need 50 next week and hearing they only have 14???

From a friend. See if you can confirm this week if you go in???

Instead of reflecting on why we are top candidates’ second choice, management takes it personally when new hires make a business decision. Maybe lay off the koolaid and stop believing your own hype.

the 19 of 30 can be confirmed by looking at the seniority list. I’ve heard there are also 10 new instructors in that class and some requals, bringing the class size up to 30. But still fell short of the desired new hire pilots, it appears. Be ready for the company spin…some more “standard deviation” gaslighting

Typical . I guess they do not see how bad they treat the pilot group. Or should I say the plumbers out on the line.

It amazes me how much HQ wants to turn everybody against the pilots. It did not use to be like that .
