Is this accurate? Holy ******. They'll be lucky to finish with 15 once the handful leave for other airlines.

I’m in a class now. It started with 57 and we still have 57. The class after ours has approximately 60 and from what I hear they still have everyone.

I'm just going off planned class size put out months ago. If they revised the plan down closer to 18, I'm not aware.

I also don't think attrition after starting class is as high as some people want us to believe it is. SWAPA podcast said it was around 6 left have left this year within their first 5 years here. (or something low like that)

The question is... Is that because SW is your first, best, and only choice, or would you accept an offer from another major carrier if they called first. Additionally, would you leave for another carrier if they gave you an offer in the first couple of months.
