You mean it's not raining in South FL?
If we have 1 concession, I will vote NO. Ill probably in the 16% group again. If I don't get 1 item we should get, I'll vote NO. Time for this pilot group to get theirs for once at this damn place. The only group that lags its peers and by a significant margin.

I just assume board blocker is over cap at the end of the month. If it works, all is good. If it doesn’t, I’m planning to hit up HOT.

Pretty much bid what you want. You would be surprised how many people are either over the cap, illegall, on VA, or have bids elsewhere...

I bid POT on a trip. It was assigned reserve. I’m over my original line value and didn’t mind it at straight pay. Called scheduling and picked it up. That should pay second year rates right?
I was on the phone with contract admin for another reason and he mentioned that only trips that came from OT (MOT POT SNOT VPF and JA) rate it. It didn’t sound right (esp from the OP of this thread).
reason I called them was because the EF trip I’m on was a split to cover. I found the other half of the split in TTGA. My trip ends in a DH and this one begins in an overlapping deadhead. I’m legal for it. I’m assuming that I’ll be paid for both and the pay will be solved in the audit. How do I know if it was an OT awarded trip by looking at it? The owner is a board blocker so I can’t reach out. I have a feeling it may be a vacation split

Before I call Contract Admin to ask, does anybody know what planning would do if you had a reserve block lead out in one domicile, and a reserve block in the beginning of the new month in a different domicile? Trying to see if there’s some sort of bidding strategy that could help me eliminate a commute.

Yes, it was run through open time, you will get second yr pay. ( Audit your pay every month, you’d be surprised how often you are shorted)

The trip you picked up “extra fly” was originally run through open time then assigned to a reserve. Take a look at the Open Time Awards report in cwa. Any trip here assigned to a reserve is eligible for 2’nd yr rates. OBTW, contract admin is great at correcting pay issues after they happen, however I’ve found their contract knowledge when discussing issues real time extremely lacking. I had a recent conversation with a contract administrator who didn’t know that a lance captain was really a first officer.

never had to find out as I was assigned a trip that coveres the overlap and they got me to my new base at the end.
I'm sure they have to give you a day plus time for rest before starting new block.
If not call fatigued
