We’ve usually loaded it on the front and rear end so that all hands were on deck over the summer. So 3x60 through spring makes sense….assuming we have the manpower to train everyone. We have like 600 cka now….just need the sim instructors.

CKA are now doing MOs.
Line pilots are teaching RPT.
Line pilots will be teaching systems and automation.
Line pilots are obviously more expensive than sim instructors. The company recognizes the limitations. They’ve decided the cost is worth the reward of being able to stay on pace with their growth plans.
