One trip in DAL for Thursday open time and three for Friday. Where are you guys seeing all this premium time? I might need to transfer to another base

I might need to do that. There nothing in DAL. Year four pay is kind of anticlimactic.
I’ve got an app in with FedEx. Praying I get a call/email to interview. Southwest has been good to me but year two pay at FedEx pays significantly more than year four pay and 4-leg/12 hour work days at SWA. It’s a hard decision but commuter airlines are not good for the long term plan.

I have been offered a 'silver bullet' recommendation at FedEx, but can't bring myself to go for it. On 5 yr pay, get my 3rd week of vacation next year, have a couple thousand pilots under me, only work weekends and holidays if I choose to. Hard to think about starting over again.

I came here after my last gig started going downhill (its plummeted now). Wasn't my first choice but they called first. Didn't feel like waiting around for a chance at the "best" one.
With that said, Im really happy here. I work to live and this gig hits the spot. I don't drink the cool-aid but I enjoy coming to work when I have to. But then again I can't remember a job I've ever had that I didn't enjoy. Guess its all attitude.
