Hardly. Read the latest NC version of the union rag. They have a good handle on the contract stuff.
I do send feedback to both the chiefs themselves and the union rep for HOU about the abysmal condition of the lounge. The ball is in the chief pilots' court and they know it. In my last feedback from them, they cited Covid cost cutting as the reason. Yeah, ok. Somehow during the same time period, MCO got an entire renovation. I'll continue to be the squeaky wheel, I guess, even though it violates my under the radar policy of survival.

I assume that someone has won a presidents award for saving the company money on our lounge renovation budget. Check out the couch in the back corner. I think it was sitting out by a curb outside a heroin shooting gallery.

Someone decided long ago to buy three tables and some office chairs and have us relax and unwind by staring at other pilots and watching OANN and Fox. Fun stuff.
don't forget about the jack shack/janitor closet/pilot rest areas.

no. I stopped sleeping in jack shacks once I got out of the military. I looked at the 'rest facilities' when I was based in HOU and just walked the key back to the coordinator. I didn't need to rest that bad.

5 mos. Lol. 300 days of sun a year. If we have a outdoor patio connected to the lounge I’ll be out there year round. I wear flip flops and shorts in Jan in DEN.

If pot were allowed in the airport….maybe. Patios are also non-smoking from what I’ve heard.
