If I’m looking at the numbers on myseniority.com correctly, a late 2015 hire (7th year pay) is about 930 from junior captain.

There are about 830 FOs that can hold it, and 127 captains will retire in the next 12 months.

The company will upgrade (current snapshot) about 600 this year.

I’m at 70%, which is late 2015.

IF the bypassers remain, does this mean it’s in the realm of possibility for 2015 guys to upgrade late next year?

Be interesting to see how many of the bypassers are just waiting for one more vacation bid in September before they throw their hat in the ring.

Definitely. The bypassers will always be there as long as upgrade is to the west coast.

And the number of bypassers has recently increased. It was below 800 a couple vacancies ago and now is back well over 800. I think your upgrade next year is well within reason if you're willing to head west for it. I'm mid 2016 and I think it's possible...but I'm OAK by choice and within driving distance.

I’m thinking you’ll be forking over some BBQ in the not too distant future.

Eh we'll see. Still almost 400 away from the plug in OAK.
