Completely disagreed. This is my third union airline and today’s SWAPA is by far the best functioning and most effective union I’ve had to date.

Jesus, you can’t be serious.

100% agree.

Unfortunately the Kompany insists on keeping them very busy.

LOL... right.

Having been an ALPA member for years and years at regional and major airline level, ALPA can't hold a candle to SWAPA from 2016 onwards.

How big of a base is olando and how senior is it? If a new hire was hired today, how long could one expect to get it? And upgrade time?

VERY senior for FOs and especially for Cptns. Upgrade there will always go very senior because it’s captains that are in their twilight years that bid down there for their final years before retirement.

A year 6 FO is 68% in MCO (320 total FOs), 55% in BWI (465), 52% in HOU (421), 42% in OAK ETOPS (336). Hope this helps.
