Yep. As a probie there were dozens who told me to quit and go somewhere else because we’d never have a B-fund.
And then we got it.
If it’s non-negotiable and they need meat in the seats…honestly, it costs them nothing until other airlines settle…and even then it’s just pay rates. Rigs and other QOL items wouldn’t be applicable.

Well the bottom 10 percent of the pilot group is pretty galvanized over displacements, warn letters, SWAG points? And mandates. So I think the bottom guys are ready to get something DAMN GOOD and it'll be a NO vote for anything less than stellar.

For sure. People at the Doubletree bar were foaming at the mouth mad at TA1 when I was there to interview. Casey’s a good dude and I’m looking forward to seeing what’s finally negotiated (whenever that happens to be)

If I were contemplating a move elsewhere from here, I would probably hold off until next summer. We are, after all, about to have a new CEO. If BJ is going to make any meaningful changes, I would think they will start to be evident by then.

To answer your question, I do not think much. That said, I think the company has lost the trust of many of the 38 percent due to how they have been treating the pilot group. I think we are more unified now than we have ever been. JMO

Agreed. I'd say the "38%" factor is a bit outdated
