It is the people's money and wasting it on Pakistani gender programs, no matter how well intentioned, is criminal when we are 27 trillion in debt. We are in a huge debt mess and this type if globalist meddling in the affairs of the world is completely without merit and cannot be accepted. Some senator or congressman is no doubt making money on this and many other of the graft built into these bills and it needs to be stopped.

These pet projects, whether international or domestic are mostly money laundering. If you think social programs and music and arts institutions, etc get all the money that’s allocated you’re very mistaken. That’s how the political establishment builds millions of dollars of wealth beyond their government salary. It is how the sausage has always been made and it has to stop. They are bankrupting us while bankrolling their retirements.

There is not enough flying to go around; the options are supplement the airlines to cover payroll to avoid layoffs or let them layoff and pay those same people unemployment, food stamps, etc. Keeping the employees on the payroll and ready to work when things recover will help things rebound more quickly than trying to recall and retrain.
That said, the best stimulus is to open things back up. The economy will fire itself up if people are allowed to work and spend rather than burden the taxpayer.
If masks really work we should be open. If people knew satisfactory compliance would get things open quicker I think they’d be more willing to cooperate, whether they believe masks work or not.

If that is what you got out of the bill , you are very miss guided . I have seen a lot of things in the bill that are a waste of money, nowhere does it talk about pilots sitting at home .
