Airline's will be given another round of bailout money at some point and hopefully that'll be enough to get us where we need to be when travel demand picks back up.

I liked seeing the numbers breakdown but most of it was not new information. I liked the "best house in a bad neighborhood" metaphor, it seems appropriate. No one should believe that SWA is immune to concessions or furloughs in the current environment.

Basically things suck because pandemic, we need to expect a concession-or-furlough offer eventually, and some of what they're currently discussing is under NDA so trust us we're working on it blah blah.
About what you'd expect. SWA and SWAPA will put everything off to the last second (compared to everyone else in the industry) and the results will probably reflect the timing just as much as the actual need for the corporate bottom line.
Unofficially, the response has been "we have 2 yrs of cash on hand so no concessions" and "GK has only taken a 20% pay cut so we'll talk concessions when he changes his salary to $1 to prove he has skin in the game."
I'm assuming I'm furlough bait so I'm not taking ETO, still working open time whenever I can, and fixing up my resume for job fairs while preparing mentally for having to move out of my state to someplace cheaper and sucky enough that potential employers might send a new guy there.
