Me too. premium is still being handed out like candy, flights are full (87% average load factor on the latest 8-k) and the -700s MZFW won't be increased for a few more months. With the vacancies trending east vs the west/EBG bases, that seat lock dynamic seems to be taking a back seat for now. Who woulda thought PHX would go as junior as it just did?

Getting back to the subject….got a buddy in ATL looking to work here. I told him BWI can be pretty much right away, but I’m a little too new to know well the ins and outs of the seniority nbrs so “about” how long will he wait for ATL?

A March of ‘22 hire is the plug FO in ATL for September.
