I'm not sure they could properly decay the features on the airbus to their liking and then add them back in the most asinine ways that only a monkey throwing spaghetti at a wall could come up with.

NADP 1 and 2's actually mattered at my last place because we flew places around the world that actually care about noise. Outside of SNA, I never received a good answer every time I've asked why we continue as a company to do NADP 1's all the time. A few controller friends from around the country have commented how noticeably slow we climb out and it kills the flow of them being able to launch the next person, especially in ATL where some refuse to accelerate to 250 until 3k. In new york's airspace you get ran over if you do that

That's not true at all. At my current company we don't accelerate to 250 until 3,000 and we're the largest operator in LGA. No one has ever questioned it.

It's a moving target but I would assume less than 6 months.

For September the junior FO for DAL is an April new hire. For HOU it's May.
