Hello!
To those interested - I would like to help you get hired at WN. I too was 'scraping' the forums for information. I'd intended to return to airlinepilotforums.com - to help in any way I can - and assist those desiring to work for Southwest. I was hired early last year (02/2017) and would like to offer my help - albeit my personal experience - to give to you.
Please note this is not 'trickery' - just feel like I need to give back to the community that was helpful to me. I know what it's like to be 'hungry' - to want something so much/bad - needing to know any information I could get my hands on to help. Please feel free to PM me. I promise to reply as soon as I can. I no longer check this website daily yet will get back to you ASAP.

Honestly a thanks but no thanks would be ok for me. At least I'd know I did something right to get my application even looked at. Right now I feel "received submission" is just hr code for "we've filed your app in the 2nd floor ladies room. Good luck!"

Agreed
I agree with this. I’m guessing a human doesn’t even look at it, but rather a computer. It’s confusing when you see the qualifications of those being hired and yet with most of the “boxes” checked one can’t even get an interview.
