That worked with a gmail address. Do not use a Hotmail address. They had to resend the email and I missed out on the December interview slots.

I've got Hotmail as my primary address and Gmail as my alternate. Will that work?

I had the same setup and it DID NOT get to me. I checked junk boxes etc.

No. Make your gmail addy your only addy. Both iCims and Pilot Credentials. Take it from somebody who learned the hard way.

Same here. I was told they have to match for the two sites to “talk” and an invitation to happen. After I synced them up... bam, an invite after years of applying and updating.

I updated info on the icims website and now I'm seeing "closed complete". Anyone know what that means? It doesn't sound good. Thanks

I think it means they are purging the system for the next application window. I have two that are now closed complete and one that says received submission
